Founded in 2015 on Podanur Main Road, Coimbatore, by entrepreneur Rashmin Mehraj, Rayz Cakes was born with the vision of bringing people together through fresh, quality bakes. From classic cakes to festive specials, every creation reflects authenticity and love. Inspired by her father’s grain business, Rashmin grew up understanding the value of grains and millets. This led to the launch of the Healthy Cookies Collection and Millet Brownies, crafted from wheat and millets.
