• Urban and suburban areas within 50km radius of major cities
• Rural areas may have limited availability
• Remote locations subject to additional charges
• Service area is continuously expanding

Delivery Options

1. Home Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Next business day delivery
• Express Delivery: Same day delivery (for orders placed before 12 PM)
• Scheduled Delivery: Advance booking for specific dates

2. Local Pickup

• Location: Our designated pickup points
• Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Weekends (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Advance Notice: Minimum 2 hours for pickup orders

Delivery Challenges and Solutions

Customer Not Available

• We'll attempt to call 3 times
• 15-minute waiting period at delivery location
• Option to leave with neighbor (with customer consent)
• Re-delivery charges apply for new delivery attempts

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery
• Customer will be contacted for clarification
• Additional charges for address corrections during delivery
