Why We Don't Accept Returns

Order Cancellation Policy

Limited cancellations are allowed ONLY under these conditions:
- Within 30 minutes of order placement if production has not started
- Before preparation begins - typically within 1-2 hours of ordering
- For advance orders - at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery/pickup
When You Cannot Cancel
- Once baking/preparation has started
- Same-day orders after the 30-minute window
- Orders already dispatched for delivery
- During peak seasons (festivals, holidays)
- Custom or special occasion orders once confirmed

Quality Guarantee
